I help you do things right
Whether working with an English and Italian to Spanish translation and localization specialist is something that falls directly out of your comfort zone or whether you know exactly what you're dealing with, here are answers to some questions that I usually get asked. If you can't find the answer to your question below or you feel I need to address anything else, drop me a line at agostina.babbo@gmail.com and I'll get back to you ASAP.
How much is this going to cost?
My translation services are generally quoted per word, and the pricing varies depending on:
-
the content's word count
-
the content's format
-
the urgency of the translation
My proofreading and Spanish (Latin America) to Spanish (Spain) and vice versa localization services are quoted per hour and may vary depending on the quality of the content to be proofread, the subject matter and how fast you’d need to have your content back.

What is team sports translation?
When it comes to translating for team sports, there's a lot on the table. Think about it: a handball gear company might need their promo video translated to catch the eye of customers abroad. Or a football league might want contracts in different languages for their international players. Even a rugby event catering to tourists might need multilingual event details.
The aim of all this translation work? Simple. It's about spreading the love for the sport to more people and taking it to the next level.

What is product localization?
Product localization means tweaking your product or service to fit the language and culture of the folks you're aiming to sell to. That covers everything from translating buttons and manuals to tailoring ads and apps for different regions.
The aim? To make your product seem like it was made just for that market, not just a copy-paste job. Doing this helps you jump into new markets faster and smoother.

Jennifer Suarez
Strategist communicator
Agos(Tina) has become a valued member of our team, she needs very little direction and limits her time to budget for us as directed, otherwise we could very easily overspend. Communication is very good and she happily participates in some of the non work related items that form a part of our company.

Don't take my word for it

Working with Agostina during a localisation project was pure joy. Easy to work with and all around a very nice person. Effective in her work and good at giving the right expectations as well as making sure to deliver good output. If you get a chance to work with her, make sure to do it!

If you’re in need of a localisation specialist to translate your product into Spanish, I highly recommend working with Agostina. She’s been helping us at Trengo for the past year and we are very happy with the work she delivers. Tina is an excellent translator/editor who specialises in adapting our content to make it culturally and linguistically appropriate for the Spanish market. She truly cares about our product and its customers.
She’s also just really easy and a joy to work with. Can’t say enough good things.

Dirk Van den Assem

When I needed an Italian to Spanish translation for one of my clients, Agostina was the perfect fit. She meticulously followed every instruction and proactively flagged a couple of inconsistencies in the source text, ensuring the final text was flawless. And when I raised a couple of questions, she promptly responded. Agostina is a talented translation professional and a joy to work with – friendly, enthusiastic, and with a positive attitude. I was very happy with her work, and so was my client. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

What is education marketing translation?
When it comes to marketing in education, you gotta make sure you're giving students and families all the info they might need. That means laying out their options, what they can look forward to, and why picking a certain school is the best move.
The whole point of education marketing? It's about getting students and families excited about a university and its programs.
